I understand that:
§ 1: Entropia Tracker and our relation to MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners
a: Entropia Tracker and MindArk (including any of MindArk's planet partners) have no affiliations whatsoever.
b: You cannot use Entropia Tracker to ask for help regarding Entropia Universe.
c: MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from or related to the services provided via this website.
d: MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners cannot be held accountable for any disputes between you and Entropia Tracker.
e: MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners are the sole owner of all trademarks related to Entropia Universe, such as – but not limited to; "Entropia Universe", "Planet Calypso" and "First Planet Company".
§ 2: Privacy of your account
a: All data stored by Entropia Tracker which can be used to identify you are stored behind firewalls, and will never be sold, given out, leased or by other means released to any third party.
b: Entropia Tracker will never send out "Spam mails" to you via your provided email address, but you may receive activation emails to verify you have entered correct data in the sign up process.
c: Your loots, finds or manufacturing successes valued over 50 PED, known as a "global" will be used to generate the content of this site.
d: Your loot patterns may be used to target specific advertisements at you.
e: You have the option to hide your avatars globals when you sign up.
f: All your passwords are encrypted in our databases (Hash values of the actual password).
§ 3: Account accuracy
a: You will provide accurate data as to the name of your avatar inside Entropia Universe.
b: You will only create one account pr avatar inside Entropia Universe.
§ 4: Ownership
a: You agree that all raw data used to provide you with the services of this website is the sole ownership of Entropia Tracker including the compiled charts, hereunder graphics and animations. Graphics elements such as planet a map, screenshots from Entropia Universe or other images generated from inside Entropia Universe is the sole property of MindArk or the respective planet partner, and can as such be removed from the site without any notification.
§ 5: Termination of your account
a: Your account may be terminated by Entropia Tracker without any notification.
b: In the event that your account is terminated no refund for "upgraded account" or "micropayment features" is granted.
§ 6: Updates of this "Terms of Use"
a: By accepting this Agreement and using Entropia Tracker, or any tools developed by Entropia Tracker you agree that Entropia Tracker may, at any time, update, revise or change this "Terms of Use" if Entropia Tracker consider it necessary to do so.
b: You agree that you can view the current ToS from any page on Entropia Tracker at any time and as such always have the power to remain updated with the current ToS.
c: You agree that if you do not accept an updated ToS you can apply to have your account locked, but not deleted.
